Terence Ho Wai Luen is Associate Professor in Practice at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy. 

Since 2002, Terence has served in policy, research and leadership roles in Singapore public sector agencies, including the Ministry of Trade and Industry, Ministry of Education, South East Community Development Council, Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Manpower. 

Terence was a Board Member of the Workforce Singapore Agency (2017-2020) and the Building and Construction Authority (2016-2021). He is a recipient of the Lien Ying Chow Legacy Fellowship, as well as the Public Administration Medal (Silver) awarded by the Government of Singapore. 

Terence holds a BA(Hons)/MA in Economics from the University of Cambridge, MA in International and Development Economics from Yale University and MBA with Distinction from INSEAD.
